Presidents’ DAY – No School

~ALL GROUPS WILL MEET AT THE TRACK – throwers will lift after throw drills

~UPDATED!! ~Throwers – practice 9 AM-12 noon
~Sprinters, hurdlers, jumpers – practice 8:30 AM – 11 AM (Coach A is willing to work longer with athletes wanting to stay and work event drills.)
~Distance – 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM
