Spring Break Training:
~Runners: Meet at the track
~Throwers: Check with coaches day to day where to meet

~Throwers – practice 9 AM-12 noon
~Sprinters, hurdlers, jumpers – practice 8:30 AM – 11 AM (Coach A/Coach Parsons are willing to work longer with athletes wanting to stay and work event drills.)
~Distance – 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM
